Every response is scored across 5 dimensions: composure, recovery, substance, confidence, and adaptability, each on a 0-10 scale. Your speaking pace is also analyzed, with an optimal range of 110-160 words per minute. Your final score combines all dimensions plus pacing analysis, capped at 100. Your overall resilience score averages all message scores across the session.
